COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER | BRISBANE CBD | UP TO $110K SUPER We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio and support ongoing asset performance within a collaborative and professional team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant relationships across a commercial portfolio Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections and contractor attendance Oversee leases, renewals, rent reviews, arrears and outgoings Assist with budgeting, reporting and portfolio performance Ensure compliance with legislation, safety and insurance requirements Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records within property management systems Support ongoing portfolio and asset management initiatives About You Experience in commercial or retail property management Strong understanding of leases, arrears and tenant liaison Excellent communication and organisation skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment Experience with Re-Leased or similar systems highly regarded What’s On Offer Up to $110,000 Super Exposure to a $250M commercial portfolio (20 assets, 350 tenants) Supportive team environment with training and development Brisbane CBD location Long-term career opportunity within an established property group Access to pool vehicle for inspections and site visits How to Apply: If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the world of real estate, we want to hear from you!
